Taking the First Steps
In-Person and Online
Counseling Online
At first, on-line therapy, otherwise known as telehealth, may feel a bit different than in-person, but most of my clients are choosing this option.

As with in-person counseling, confidentiality is of utmost importance. Therefore, I only use HIPPA approved platforms, such as doxyme. The process of logging on is as simple as clicking on a link and allowing the program to access your devises mic and camera. You will not be required to set up an account or provide personal information while logging in. You will need to use a devise with a mic and camera (computer, tablet, phone) with strong internet connection. I can only provide telehealth sessions if you are physically in South Carolina.

In-Person Therapy
I do traditional, in-person therapy out of an office at Crossings Community Church in Northeast Columbia; near the corner of Farrow and Killian roads.

I am only available for in-person therapy some weeknights after 5pm and Saturday mornings. The number of appointment times available are limited. I do not have set office hours.
