Insurance and Payment

I am currently in network for the following insurance companies:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

  • Anthem EAP — Expanded

  • Quest Behavioral Health

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

  • Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey

  • Independence Blue Cross of Pennsylvania

With other insurances, I am considered an out-of-network provider.  Many of these policies do have out-of-network benefits.  Please check with your insurance carrier for details.

 

Upon request, I will provide a detailed receipt on a monthly basis for out-of-network benefits, designed to be submitted to your insurance agency.  It will be your responsibility to file the claim and the insurance payment will go directly to you.

 

Current Fees:

  • 60-minute session:  $120

  • 90-minute session: $180

  • Phone calls lasting more than 15 minutes: $30 per 15 minutes

  • No-show/late cancellation fee:  $120


On occasion, scholarship funds are available to cover a percentage of the session charge.  Speak with Jill Crossgrove for more information.
